Online Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love everything you order from Blue Blossom Boutique. If something doesn’t work out, eligible online purchases may be returned for store credit according to the guidelines below.
• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.
• Approved returns will receive store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or we made an error with your order.
• The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: jewelry, sunglasses, accessories, beaded or sequined items, sale or discounted merchandise, clear bags, and other items marked final sale.
• Holiday-themed and seasonal merchandise is final sale. Size exchanges may be permitted if the requested size is still available.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted.
• Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued for use toward a future Blue Blossom Boutique purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Please include your order number and photos of the item when contacting us.
